Enable Faster Task Switching in WIndows XP

To Turn This Off After Your Reboot:

Step 1:

Start-->Run--> MSCONFIG

Start 2:

Click on the Startup tab

Step 3:

Uncheck Taskswitch

Step 4:

Click on the OK button

Step 5:

If you want to keep working, click on Exit without Restart

To Turn This Off Immediately:

Step 1:

Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete

Step 2:

Click on the Processes tab

Step 3:

Highlight TaskSwitch.exe

Step 4: 

Click on the End Process tab

Step 5:

Click on the Yes button.
