Finally Google Acquires Motorola

You Believe it or not!!!It has done. At last Google has purchased Motorola Mobility in exchange of $12.5 billion. The transaction includes $40 a share gives Google about 63 percent of Motorola share, and was approved by the boards of both companies.Google CEO Larry Page said

Motorola Mobility’s total commitment to Android has created a natural fit for our two companies. Together, we will create amazing user experiences that supercharge the entire Android ecosystem for the benefit of consumers, partners and developers. I look forward to welcoming Motorolans to our family of Googlers.

The main reason of this acquisition of Motorola Mobility by Google  assumed as:

1.Motorola is already dedicated Android partner and Android operating system are used in lots of device makers around the world such as mobile phones, Tabs etc.

2.Enhance  their competition in mobile computing.
