How to Create Table of Contents For Blogger Blog

Step 1: Log in Blogger Dashboard and Click on Create a New Post

Step 2: Now Click on HTML mode. You should be in HTML mode when you want to insert code in Blogger Post Body otherwise your code will not show on blogger post body after publishing.
