Step 1:Go to Start Menu ---> Run Dialogue Box and type cmd
Step 2: powercfg –energy and press Enter.
Step 3: A script will run which will generate a report.
Step 4: The report will be generated as HTML file in C: Drive. Open The File
This reports shows battery ID, Manufacturer name, Chemistry, Design capacity and full charge.For Example,
Design Capacity : 6000
Last Full Charge:3500
That's mean your laptop battery has design capacity of 6000 and now it?s giving max full charge of 3500 that counts its efficiency to around 58% it has degraded around 42%.
